Mindful Aging Series by Devorah Coryell
Sunday’s 2-4p. (Register for as many as your schedule allows. Attendance at all four is encouraged)

Is your vision of aging Life affirming? How might we embrace a whole-hearted, mindful vision of aging grounded in compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude?

Mindful Aging is a series of conversation circles offering self-reflection to cultivate wisdom and connection as we celebrate the magic and mystery of Life.

Each session will begin with a mindfulness teaching and practice that will invite us to explore an aspect of aging through inner dialogue, free-style writing, and group process.

We find wisdom in our life experience and integrate lessons learned as we move forward on our path. We focus on our connection to our selves and to each other. We engage our fears about the impermanence of life and accept the invitation to live well thru our last breath.

Three sessions of four-session series remain – Sundays 2-4p (Register for as many as your schedule allows. Attendance at all is encouraged. Each session is independent of the others, so attendance at previous sessions is not required.)

Forgiveness – 12/3/2017
Legacy – 1/7/2018
New Vision for Aging – 2/4/2018
