Lymph Draining Yoga Routine by Becky Thomas

The lymph system is one of the key components of our immune system. This workshop will focus on a simple yoga routine that can be done daily in 15 minutes. This routine helps to calm the nervous system and stimulates the lymph system to drain which helps to boost our immunity. This yoga routine is also a great way to start a home yoga practice. Practicing a little yoga daily gives you much more benefit than practicing yoga for an hour once a week. No previous yoga experience is required.
$15 if registered by 2/4/18; $20 after and at the door.
