Yoga + Oils: Releasing Stress, Embodying Ease

Every single one of us experiences stress to a varying degree each day, but that doesn’t mean we have to be overwhelmed by our own emotions. By tuning into our own bodies and breath, we can learn how to navigate stressful situations with ease. Together in this class we will explore how to use yoga, pranayama, and essential oils to release stress and find peaceful freedom in our daily life and practice.
