Breaking Bad – An Asana Posture Clinic by Jim Lipson

This workshop will explore the 10 most common “bad habits” students, over the course of time, tend to develop in their asana practice, and how modify and adjust these poses to bring the body into more supportive alignment. Poses to be fully explored and worked on will include Cobra, Camel, Down Dog/Up Dog, Triangle, Warrior 1 and Warrior 2 among others. Modifications and adjustments will all be designed to account for injuries, limitations and all levels of experience.
