OVERCOME ANXIETY: Final session in three-part series. Participants need not have attended first two sessions to get full benefit. Includes a manual, and digital recordings of body, breath scans and yoga nidra. This program is an evidence-informed natural and holistic approach to coping with anxiety. The session is didactic and experiential.
