Overcoming Anxiety: A Natural & Holistic Approach
Time: Saturdays, October 7, 14, 21, 28 1:30-3pm

This is a 4-part series designed to help people over the age of 18 overcome chronic anxiety. It goes to the root cause of anxiety disorders, programming error or triggers, and the inability to self-regulate. When practiced regularly, participants are able to recognize their triggers and break the cycle of anxiety with tools for self-regulation. When we realize that we control our responses to our environment we control our inner peace.

In the 4 week series yoga tools including simple postures, breathing techniques, meditation, guided relaxation, mudra, affirmation, use of a mala, Ayurveda, acupressure, aromatherapy, nutrition, brain gym, and other techniques will be provided and practiced so that participants have a variety of tools to access for responding to stress and anxiety.

$100 for the series, includes manual/workbook and other materials. Pre-registration is required no later than October 4 to assure available materials.
