True Love ~ A Practice for Awakening the Heart by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh is the inspiration for this class.
Passages from the book will be read while we practice restorative yoga poses (asanas) designed to cultivate mind-body awareness, emotional equanimity & physical ease.
We will end with a soothing practice of Yoga Nidra a form of meditation.

Leave feeling spacious in both mind & body. Beginner friendly – All levels welcome!

What to Bring:
A beautiful smile. Your mask to practice collective care.
Bring a mat, bolster, 2-3 blankets and blocks.
We will limit class size to 6 students to practice physical distancing.
Class is being offered online and in-studio.
