Did you know that hip mobility is used as an indicator of longevity? Yoga is one of the best ways to address hip mobility and flexibility.
In this workshop, we will explore and move our bodies into a few of the many variations of hip range-of-motion.
Please bring: yoga mat, 2-3 blocks, yoga strap, a blanket or two and a bolster.
