Sunday, January 12, 3-5:30p
After a short Gentle/Restorative asana practice, we will participate in a Buddhist-inspired “Beginning Anew” ritual taught to Poep Sa Frank Jude by his teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh. Beginning Anew allows us to move into the new year by letting go of what we no longer need and directing our attention to the present moment moving forward into greater truth, love, and joy. This isn’t about setting resolutions but rather a movement toward conscious atonement and release, taking refuge in our inner wisdom, already and always present.
