Replenish, revive, balance and restore. Yin yoga is a practice of long-held poses that  energize the “meridians,” or energy pathways of the body, restoring joint mobility as you quietly activate and gather your chi, your prana—your life force.

We will end the class with a long juicy relaxing yoga nidra meditation. This divine combination of stillness, meditation and deep connection will enable you to release stress, worry, and anxiety from your body and nervous system.
