The Body and Feelings: The First Two Satipatthanas by Poep Sa Frank Jude

This session explores the nuances and implications of practicing mindfulness of the body – and the feelings that condition our perceptions, thinking and behavior. The ramifications and applicability to asana practice is obvious and when integrated as Mindfulness Yoga can be radically transformative. Practice will include kaya-sati (mindfulness of the body) and vedana-sati (mindfulness of feelings) through seated and (gentle) movement practices.
