Expanded Yin and Yoga Nidra

Join Pam Ronstadt, E-RYT 500 for a deep exploration of body and mind. During this expanded yin session, plan on long juicy holds to nurture the joints and connective tissues of the body while allowing for an intimate conversation with the mind. Towards the end of our practice, we will settle into yoga nidra, soothing and relaxing both body and mind.
