Pawanmuktasana Series 1 and 2 with Pam Ronstadt

Pawanmuktasana refers to the yoga poses that release air in the body, works one by one with each of the body parts and physical systems to keep a person healthy and happy. This series is designed to keep the body in optimal health and as a preparation for asana practice and are foundations to any practice. All levels welcome.
Series 1 from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Series 2 from 3:00 pm- 4:30 pm
Take one at $20 or both at $30
