THE BREATH of LIFE: In this session the basics of pranayama and pranayama practices aremade accessible for beginning level students and teachers. This session covers prana and consciousness, an overview of pranavidya, the pranavayus, benefits of pranayama, tips for using pranayama, precautions, the basic anatomy of breathing, and basic beginning practices for up and down-regulation for balancing the nervous system.
