percent of all Americans have reported experiencing some form of back pain, with some issues
resolving in weeks and some leading to long term problems. Helping our students experience
relief and even helping to resolve or prevent long term issues requires a unique skill set.

In this 15-hour training you can expect:
-Overview of some of the most common issues of the back, including scoliosis, herniated discs, L4/L5 issues, sciatica, osteoporosis
-3 specialized classes practiced together to help understand the unique approach in a back-care class
-Exploration of the mechanics and anatomy of the back at both a skeletal and muscular level
-Postures and modifications designed to address specific issues with the back in a generalized and specialized classroom setting
-The subtle anatomy of the back
-Pranayama that helps sooth and support back recovery
