Start the new year with wellness as your primary intention! This series is offered in partnership with Banyan Integrative Health. The four-week series will include somatic yoga warm-ups, gentle yoga poses for strengthening and stretching, breath work and meditation. All levels welcome; no experience required. Join us for all sessions or as many as you would like.
