Extended Yin Yoga by Pam Ronstadt

Saturday, Oct. 5, 1-3p, (First Saturday in Oct, Nov, Dec)
Allowing the body to unfold into stillness, finding a deeper release at both the physical and subtle level, pushing beyond the barriers you have placed both knowingly and unknowingly. This is the practice of yin in a fuller, expanded version. Longer holds, deeper understanding of the yin process, an overview of the benefits of each posture in relationship to it’s specific meridian and energy.
