200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

MYTT 2021 Schedule

-Training Sessions: 15 weekends

-Commitment to Practice*: 15 hours yoga practice first 2-3 weeks of training

-Mentoring: Monthly 1-1, 30 minute sessions w/ either Pam or Shraddha

-Yoga classes: 20 classes taken live via Zoom (or recorded w/ permission) with Pam, Shraddha or Frank
