200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
SCHEDULE

The program spans 12 weekend sessions over seven months. Students also must take 12 yoga classes led by Shraddha and/or Pam on the regular Mindful Yoga Studio schedule. Tuition covers the class fees.
