The practice of yoga has guided Jason toward living with balance, humility, compassion,
right speech and action.  He believes yoga is an antidote to this
hyper and often disconnected world we live in, serving as a guide to see us on the right
path. Along with yoga Jason has become a student of buddhism and meditation.
He successfully completed the 200 hr. yoga teacher training program and is a licensed physical therapist
assistant practicing here in Tucson. Jason believes asana practice is a wonderful vehicle to access the subtler practices, as attentive movement can help us to focus the mind and quiet the constant chatter in our
heads, while also toning the physical body.
