Laura, 200RYT has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching since 2009.  She has studied a wide number of methods and disciplines including Yogahour, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Yin, philosophy and anatomy. She is an avid and curious aspirant of the spiritual journey and loves to bring this to all her yoga offerings.  Her classes are dynamic, empowering, and expansive.
